Order Processing Times

At Do Good Shop, we understand how important it is for you to receive your items promptly. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Import Duties and Taxes:

  • Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Carrier Limitations: Some carriers may have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check with the selected carrier for their policy.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
